Just tired or sick

Depression

In some cases, depression and anxiety can discourage you and cause you to experience unbearable fatigue. Besides being tired, depression can make you experience sleep deprivation, feel worthless, experience eating disorders, and can trigger symptoms of serious illness.

Anemia

Iron deficiency anemia is a condition when red blood cell production decreases. This condition causes the sufferer to feel tired constantly. Anemia affects about 5% of postmenopausal men and women, but it is more commonly experienced by women who are menstruating or pregnant. The disease that can be diagnosed by this blood test procedure is a condition when the level of sugar in your blood is too high. Unbearable fatigue, hunger following thirst, weight loss, and increased intensity for urination are the main symptoms of diabetes.

Glandular fever

This disease that is experienced by many teenagers and middle-aged people can cause sore throat, swollen glands, fever, and fatigue. The fatigue can even be felt for months even though all the symptoms of other glandular fever have disappeared within a month.

Anxiety disorders

Naturally, if someone occasionally feels anxious about a number of things. But there are some people who experience generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) which makes them constantly feel anxious every time. This anxiety is often out of control and ultimately affect their lives.

Restless Leg Syndrome (SKR)

Celiac disease

Celiac is a disease that occurs when the body is unable to tolerate a substance called gluten. Gluten is a protein contained in wheat flour as a basic ingredient of bread, cakes, noodles. The immune system of people with Celiac react negatively to the results of gluten digestion. This reaction causes damage to the wall of the small intestine which ultimately decreases the absorption of nutrients and nutrients as a whole. Globally, this genetic disease is affected by at least 1% to 2% of the world's population. This disease can be diagnosed from a blood test. In addition to fatigue, Celiac is also characterized by anemia, diarrhea, and weight loss.

Just Tired or Really Sick?

It is difficult to determine whether your condition, which is just being tired, can refer to certain serious illnesses.
